I am a sixth-year PhD candidate in Economics at Boston College. My main research field is the economics of education, with an overlap of labor economics and empirical industrial organization.
In my job market paper, "School Choice, Teacher Access, and Student Outcomes," I examine the inequality in teacher access by jointly considering the sorting behaviors of students and teachers, and further investigate how these dynamics exacerbate educational inequality under charter school expansion. I use both reduced-form and structural approaches in my research.
I will be on the 2025-2026 job market.
