I am a sixth-year PhD candidate in Economics at Boston College. My main research field is the economics of education, with an overlap of labor economics and empirical industrial organization.
In my job market paper, "School Choice, Teacher Access, and Student Outcomes," I use both reduced-form and structural approaches to show that high-quality teachers and high-income students jointly sort into new charter schools, thereby enlarging the test score gap.
I will be on the 2025-2026 job market.
